Scope of Works

Works included a total renovation of a 6 storey commercial building. The original concrete facade was fully clad with Vitrabond panelling; the office building has full street exposure and needed to present well from the public eye while remaining functional and productive.

Clever use of a new glass entry was used to capture light for the foyer, blue stone granite floor entry tiles to main lobby and exterior were used to compliment its stance. All existing floor fit outs had to be removed and put back to open floor plans for incoming tenants.
