Scope of Works

Greenhills Beach is a well known surf beach in Cronulla and in 2011 land was released for sale and a new Sydney beachside suburb was born. Land sizes are a generous 558m2 and the goal was to achieve a very large home for a family of 6.

Our instructions were to provide 5 generous bedrooms, master with ensuite and walk through wardrobe, office /guest accommodation, powder room, main bathroom, underground wine cellar for more than 2000 bottles with breakout retreat including wet bar, kitchen, dining, lounge room with wood combustion fire, entertaining area, in-ground pool and a 3 car garage.

The client also requested that the design included large expansions of glass louvered windows to capture light and sea breezes, ultra high ceiling heights of 3.6 to create the feeling of expanse, huge ceiling fans, cavity and ceiling insulation would be included to reduce the need for air conditioning. Underfloor heating to all polished concrete areas including bathrooms and a fully integrated smart system.
