Scope of Works

This project presented many challenges for CPT with a difficult site requiring extensive rock excavation and a narrow street access requiring materials to be craned onto site during the build.

Working with a client with discerning taste and experience with previous projects, CPT collaborated to create their dream home which was designed to soak in the coastal views and showcase the sandstone excavation.

This spectacular residence contains high end finishes throughout. The flooring is a mix of marble and American Walnut with underfloor heating through the whole house. The kitchen is designed as a centre piece of the house, and includes an alfresco kitchen area with outdoor dining as well. The bathrooms contain backlit vanities, marble tiling and flush lighting and extraction systems in the ceiling. The wine cellar, media room and wet bar have been designed to create the ultimate entertaining experience.
