Scope of Works

Set amongst lush botanical surrounds, the home embraces its elevated position and expansive 180-degree views across Middle Harbour. The three-storey balcony is a defining feature of the property, extending the living spaces towards the landscape and creating a strong connection with its spectacular natural setting.

Working with a discerning client, CPT undertook the renovation of this existing home, refreshing key spaces while retaining the character of its original structure.

The renovation included a new feature timber and steel staircase, contemporary bathroom upgrades, refined finishes and carefully considered finishes throughout. Exposed concrete elements were retained and celebrated, complemented by a warm palette of timber, stone, glass and black steel.
