Scope of Works

The creation of this magnificent residence is the collaboration between the Owner, Architect and interior designer and all brought to reality by CPT.

The use of handmade ZM Zinc panelling to feature walls throughout compliment the Pietra Grey limestone floors with frameless blades of interlaid glass to balustrades and handrails. The Kitchen has been designed not only to be a main feature, but to be fully functional for the chef and entertainer alike, boasting quality appliances housed between marble slabs and seamless cabinetry.

To top it all, a state of the art theatre room has been installed with a floating acoustic isolation floor and starlight ceiling to enhance the experience. This home has everything you could want and more including absolute privacy using extensive planting and feature screen walls. All this was completed within the time schedules allotted and to the highest standard achievable.
