Scope of Works

This architecturally designed home has been designed to take in the stunning ocean views from the entertaining areas. The new owners of the property decided on a renovation to refresh some aspects of this beautiful home.

High end finishes, such as American Oak flooring, stone benchtops, and polyurethane and veneer cabinetry were used to enhance the beauty of this property whilst not detracting from the amazing views.

The bathrooms and laundry were also given luxury upgrades. A beautifully landscaped courtyard was added to provide an outdoor living area.
